The default PIN the first time you access the voicemail is 1234.

 

To access the Voicemail menu from your home phone:

• Press *33

• Enter your PIN and press #.

 

To access the Voicemail menu from a different phone:

• Call your home phone number.

• Press # when voicemail picks up.

• Enter your PIN and press #.

 

To record a personal greeting from the Voicemail menu:

• Press 2 to personalize your greeting.

• RECORD YOUR GREETING

• Press 1 to save your greeting. (You can also press 2 to record it again or 3 to listen to the recording)

• Press 0 to disconnect or simply hang up the phone.

• To listen to your messages press 1

• For personal options press 8

  • To change your pin press 1

  • To personalize your greeting press 2

    • For default press 1

      • To save your greeting press 1

      • To record it again press 2

      • To listen to your greeting press 3

      • To erase it press 4

    • For busy press 2

    • For no answer press 3

  • For personal name press 3

  • For call forwarding press 5

  • To set your call screening forwarding number press 6

• To repeat this menu press 9

• Or press 0 to exit this menu
